He was tired of always having to get out of his truck to position the swing hopper, thus the Hopper Walker® was born. In 2009, Rust Sales, Inc., an agricultural implement dealership in North Dakota, acquired the Hopper Walker® from this farmer because, as he would put it, he was in the business of farming, not manufacturing. Rust Sales has always embraced technology to make farming more efficient and the Hopper Walker® sure fit that description. Since then, Rust Sales, Inc. has improved upon the original design and developed a robust dealer network.
